We are working towards building delivery in local areas, but in the meantime you have the following options: 1) Like Minds Cafe - Avoca Beach (352 The Round Dr, Avoca Beach NSW 2251) Orders put until Monday night can be picked up on Wednesday's at the local mini market from 4 - 5:30 PM. 2) Gosford City Farmers Markets (Showground Rd, Gosford NSW 2250) Orders put until Wednesday night can be picked up on Sunday's at the Gosford City Farmers Markets in our stall from 7 AM - 1 PM.

Since I started my journey as a nutritional health coach, I have observed how it affects me and my family's health and moods, depending on what we eat. The average "ready to eat" options have so many things that shouldn't be there, that we are all experiencing more and more the effects of organic disconnection and overall imbalance. For me, food is medicine for our bodies and soul. So, with that said, I'm excited to finally offer to this lovely community my delicious chilean-style clean Empanadas, made with organic stoneground flour, to maximise the nutritional density of my product and natural spring water, which has been naturally filtered and it doesn't contain any of the aluminium, chlorine or fluoride from our regular tap water. The fillings are made with organic or clean, locally sourced Ingredients and grass fed finished beef and dairy, with the intention of reducing the exposure of chemical body disruptors and to encourage environmental friendly farming.

Much richer in nutrients, because they contain the germ and the bran. The conventional milling processes uses heat in their cylinders as a way of speeding up the production process. In this, they burn parts of the germ and bran, losing the oils of the coating and diminishing the fibre and the macro- and micronutrients.
